By using Supertools (super-tools.app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Service Description

Supertools provides free and paid online tools accessible through a web browser. Tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of tool output, or continued availability of any specific tool.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to: attempt to bypass credit or payment systems through localStorage manipulation, URL tampering, or other technical means; use automated scripts or bots to interact with AI tools at scale without permission; upload malicious files or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the service; or violate any applicable laws while using the tools.

4. Credits & Pro Subscriptions

Free credits are awarded daily through our streak system. Credits and Pro subscriptions are tied to your browser's local storage and may be lost if you clear site data. Pro subscriptions provide unlimited AI usage and ad-free experience for the purchased duration. All payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-powered tools use third-party services (DeepSeek) to generate content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing and vetting any AI-generated content before use.

6. Intellectual Property

The Supertools name, logo, and codebase are proprietary. Tool outputs belong to you — we claim no ownership over content you generate using our tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supertools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. This includes but is not limited to: data loss due to localStorage clearing, incorrect AI-generated content, or service unavailability.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
